Empowering Young Futures: High School Gratuate Mentorship Program

179 students across our partner communities in Kenya gathered recently for our Form Four Mentorship Program, a program aimed at equipping high school graduates with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the transition from high school to young adulthood.

Students gained insights into various professions and potential career paths to help them make informed choices about their futures. The program also focused on helping students understand God’s purpose for relationships moving into adulthood.

The program started with emphasizing the importance of informed decision-making in career choice. Students were encouraged to consider their unique abilities and interests to guide them in making the right career choices. They were guided through self-assessment of their abilities as well as career opportunities that align with their results.

The session continued with students learning about the importance of relationships in life and how to approach them with wisdom and guidance from God. There was a large focus on students recognizing their self-worth and the importance of avoiding compromising their values to fit into unhealthy relationships.

By the end of the program, students were not only equipped with knowledge but also inspired to pursue their dreams with determination and faith. They expressed their gratitude for the mentorship, promising to apply the lessons learned as they embarked on their various career paths. Their journey of hope and growth had just begun and wouldn't be possible without your continued support. Thank you.
